Mitosis, Cell Division, and Cancer Therapies
Lesson Overview
This lesson includes selected clips from Inside Cancer and DNAi on mitosis, cell divison, how cell signaling occurs to control cell division, and how cancer cells can evade these controls. After a class presentation, students will design proteins that can prevent cancer cells from evading these controls. Students will compare there cancer "drugs" to known cancer therapies.
